All passes are activated at the first visit.
Before your first visit, bookings must follow chronological order, meaning you can only book classes that occur on or after your first scheduled class.
Previously, class passes could be combined by purchasing a new pass before expiration. While this offered flexibility, it also impacted the accuracy of our data tracking.
Starting April 1, 2026, unused classes will not carry over after the expiration date for passes purchased on or after April 1, 2026.
These changes will help us better understand usage patterns and introduce more personalized offers and improvements for our students.
Extensions are not included by default, but a one-time extension is available:
- 10% of the original pass price (capped at $50)
- Valid for 1 additional month
- Must be requested before the pass expires
We understand that unexpected situations can happen. A one-time pass hold may be granted for:
- Serious injury or medical conditions
- Pregnancy
- Visa-related matters
- Unexpected situations that require extended time away from the Bay Area
Requests require valid documentation and are subject to approval.
If your pass was purchased before April 1, 2026 and you would prefer a rollover, please message us directly. Otherwise, please submit your request through the form here.
To better support consistent training and improve class availability, validity periods for new passes have been slightly adjusted.
Previously purchased passes are not affected and will follow their original validity.
By purchasing or booking classes on or after April 1, 2026, you agree to the updated policies.
