Welcome to Young Reach Dance Company (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, booking system, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before booking or participating in any of our classes, programs, or events.

1. General Use

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian. You agree to use our website and booking system only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be made through our official website, app, or front desk.

• Payment must be completed at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

• Prices and schedules are subject to change without prior notice.

• Package and program purchases are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered participant.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Classes:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before class on our website or app for an automatic session refund. No refunds for cancellations within 3 hours for any reason.

  • All Regular Class Pass purchases are non-refundable.

  • Regular Class Passes are for individual use only and cannot be transferred or shared with others.

  • Regular Class Passes can only be used for regular classes and cannot be used for programs or Master Classes.

  • Regular Class Passes can only be used to register for classes before the expiration date.

  • Extension of the Regular Class Pass expiration date can only be requested during studio closures; no extensions will be granted under any other circumstances.

  • You may request to roll over the remaining sessions of your Regular Class Pass before the expiration date by purchasing a new Regular Class Pass. Unused sessions can be rolled over to the new Class Pass (excluding Single Class) and will share its validity period.

• Programs:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the program start time via Online Chat, Email, or WeChat (@YoungReachDance) to receive studio credit (valid for 12 months), which can be used for other programs or classes.

  • Programs are billed per term. No cancellations or exchanges for individual classes.

  • All Program Package purchases are non-refundable.

  • Program Packages are for individual use only and cannot be transferred or shared with others.

  • Program Packages can only be used for programs and cannot be used for regular classes or Master Classes.

  • Program Packages can only be used to register for programs before the expiration date.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes, instructors, or programs due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, affected students will be notified and compensated accordingly (via credit or class transfer).

4. Liability Waiver

By participating in any Young Reach Dance Company class, program, or event, you acknowledge that dance and physical activity involve inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all such risks and agree that Young Reach Dance Company, its staff, instructors, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during participation.

5. Code of Conduct

We aim to maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all students and staff.

• Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

• Proper attire and footwear are required for all classes.

• Students must follow instructor guidance and studio rules at all times.
  Violation of this policy may result in removal from class without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All class materials, choreography, videos, website content, logos, and images are the property of Young Reach Dance Company and protected by copyright law. You may not record, reproduce, or distribute any class or event content without written consent.

7. Media Release

By attending our classes or events, you grant Young Reach Dance Company permission to use photos or videos taken during sessions for promotional and marketing purposes, unless you notify us in writing prior to participation.

8. Account & Privacy

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. Any personal data provided through the booking system is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Young Reach Dance Company is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with the new effective date. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
