Activates on Your First Booked Class
Your pass activates based on the date of your earliest booked class. Please book your first two classes in chronological order.
Flexible for Regular Classes
Use your credits for eligible regular classes and select pop-up classes taking place within your pass validity period.
Individual Use Only
Each Class Pass is valid for one student only and may not be shared or transferred to another person.

Please Note

Anniversary Class Passes are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-cancelable, and valid for individual use only. Passes must be purchased between Sep 1–14, 2026, but do not need to be activated during the promotional period. Credits may be used for eligible regular classes and select pop-up classes. Certain Special Pop-Ups and Master Classes may require multiple credits; other separately priced classes or events are not included unless otherwise stated. Unused credits expire at the end of the applicable validity period. Extension options may be available for an additional fee, subject to current studio policy.

Purchased a Class Pass on or after Aug 24?

If you purchased an eligible Class Pass on or after Aug 24, 2026, you may request to match this promotion or switch to an eligible Anniversary Class Pass. Please contact us through the chat box in the bottom-right corner of this page before purchasing a new Anniversary Class Pass. If you purchase a new pass first, we will not be able to switch or adjust your existing pass.

Frequently Asked Questions

    • All purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable, and for individual use only

    • Class passes activate at your first class

    • You may only book classes on or after your first booking

    • Class passes can only be used for classes within their valid period

    • Unused classes will not carry over after the valid period

    • Extensions are not included by default

    • A one-time extension is available for 10% of the original pass price (capped at $50)

    • Valid for 1 additional month

    • Must be requested before the pass expires

    • If your pass was purchased before April 1, 2026 and you would prefer a rollover, please message us directly. Otherwise, please submit your request through the form here

  • We understand unexpected situations happen. A one-time pass hold may be granted for:

    • Serious injury or medical conditions

    • Pregnancy

    • Visa-related matters (e.g. visa check or required travel)

    • Unexpected situations that require extended time away from the Bay Area

    Conditions:

    • Requires valid documentation

    • Pass will be paused for the approved period

    • Requests must be submitted before or shortly after the situation occurs

    • Approval and duration are subject to review
